Double Mona, doubling everything as I went.
Saw my running group coach at the pool and that gave me some extra motivation to push harder so it actually turned into a really good session.
Fun having mum in the same lane too, was nice.

3mins between the 2 and an extra minute half way through the 100s.
Pool was a bit too warm today, don't really need the 31 when its so hot outside.
Nice and empty though and starting to get faster!

Around 35s rec after the 40s, 55 after the 100s and 43 after the 20s.
And then 2mins between the 100s and second lot of 40s. Had some problems with goggles so recoveries were a bit give or take a few seconds.
Pool was crowed at the beginning, probably about 10 of us in a 20m by 5 lane pool.
