1min rec after the 200s, 45s after the 100s and 20 after the 20s.
Good session, could tell I was tired in the second lot as times were a lil slower and form got a bit sloppy.
Half the pool was way warmer than the other today, bit weird.

Really nice evening and got a lane to myself!
Felt pretty good and got through it probably the best/easiest of all the longer ones I've done which was nice, the time just disappeared - it was great!

5 x 20, 5 x 100, 5 x 20, 5 x 100, 10 x 20 + 1 extra 20 because I can't count.
20s rec after the 20s and 45s after the 100s.
Arms a bit lactic from about 2 mins into the warm up but got better as it went on.
