Took a new trail down to the falls, but too close to the road, didn't rate.
Pretty smokey out too but not too hot which was nice.

Intraining Speed Session
3 sets of hills on the honeyeater trail, with each set on a different section so different steepness/lengths each time.
Felt a lot easier than I expected, still had quite a bit left in me at the end, don't know if thats good or bad thing yet, but it was still a good session.
