8 x 400m with 200m float and a fast 200m to finish.
400s target was 1500m pace with floats fast enough to maintain that pace. Goal for the session was to be more even than last time and it went quite well, though slowed a bit in the last two because I wasn't concentrating and what I was doing. With a small group for the first 5 or so, then a lot of people dropped off as they were just doing 3km then got into a bit of a gap so a bit tougher for the last few too. Overall time a bit slower than last time but it was a lot hotter and more humid this morning so not worried. Happy with the session.
