Session of 500, 1km, 2km, 1km, 500m with job back and bit standing rec.
Quite warm and windy and still feeling very tired so just keeping it steady and not worrying too much about how long the recoveries ended up (but tried to stick as much as I could to what the instructions were).
Times about where I expected, no stress, just nice to be out and actually managed to convince myself to do a session which is a big bonus atm.
