Finishing a busy day from uni to New Farm park to see the jacarandas at sunset.
But too many people to dodge and not feeling super springy so missed the sunset. And was going fairly slowly over the Story Bridge because it was so windy I was worried I would be blown off and then someone on their bike scared the crap out of me.
Jacarandas and roses at the park v pretty.
Then added an extra bit out to Teneriffe and then back to uni. So many people and dogs out!
Feet a bit sore and also hips/psoas not super happy from so much sitting recently.
Nice evening out and nice to see some new scenery!

Easy on the loop.
Energy crashed after 15mins. Combination of not enough food (though did have a big smoothie 30mins before) but mainly a bad sleep last night.
Had planned a big run and with the group today but slept so badly so turned my alarm off so that I could get a little bit extra before all day at uni and a concert in the evening.
Warm but nice out.

Easy to ftp after doctors appt and finished with a coupla strides. Nice that it was a bit cooler and even some drizzle, felt better than when its been so humid and hot recently.

Had planned to do a tempo section but would’ve had to take a detour from the construction and didn’t feel like I had enough energy for it because I didn’t have a big enough brekkie.
But just nice to be out moving.
