A bit unsure how this would go but felt better than expected. But going to take the next 2 weeks probably a bit lighter on loading.
Tummy a bit funny but I think just hungry even though I actually ate beforehand which is rare. And very thirsty.
Always get very chatty after taking a gel.

Busy all day then when I got home in the evening I was too hungry and then I ate too much at dinner and couldn't move. But a very tiring day so probably for the best.

Easy around the loop and just took it as easy as I wanted.
Tired body and had a funny feeling in the inside of r leg near the ankle, I think just from not stretching or doing my physio exercises enough.
Nice arvo, cooler today than the past few days.

4 x 1.2km at T pace with 90s jog rec. With Krystal along Kedron Brook bike path.
Super humid evening and thought I had eaten too much beforehand, but actually felt quite okay, just a little tired still from the weekend.
R hip a bit funny during the day but didn't notice it running.
Landing a bit heavy I think from the shoes and started slouching when I got tired.
A few bugs flying about and even saw one of those tiny frogs hopping along.
Felt quite cooked from half way through the warm down and tummy very yuck after the session.
Really good to get it done and have someone to chase and chat with :-)
Roughly 4:12 pace for the first 3 with the last one at 4:06.
