Died in the end, feel like I have zero muscles and zero strength.

10 x 200m with 30s stand rec at the oval.
Kept it controlled, might've done more but it was quite dark and I had to go home through the forest which is always full of toad at night and I didn't want to leave it too late,
Hot but actually quite okay for the intervals but I guess they were quite short.
The ones on the way back were always slower than going the other way so maybe I got the distance back a bit funny.
Splits: 41, 45, 42, 45, 42, 44, 43, 46, 41, 44.

Track with Krystal at Nudgee.
4 x 1km with 80s rec except longer for the last one while I debated what to do.
Very very humid and hot, felt quite heavy and yuck. Quite a lot of people at the track too.
Just kept it steady and controlled and tried to keep good form.
Track was very nice though.
