10 x 100m, 10 x 50m with 30s rec between each and 60s between both.
Getting better at pushing myself and times were quicker than last time which was really nice! Trying to use arms a lot more and keep core steady.
Tired by the time I got to the 50s so they were similar times to last time.
Could feel hip a bit so when it got bad I just let that leg float. Idk what to do, I guess standing all day working isn't good for it but hopefully a couple more days off and it will have sorted itself out.
