Tired and goggles kept fogging up.
But had a lane to myself almost the whole time!

Went to the pool straight from work but apparently it shuts at 6 on Fridays so only got in a tiny swim before it shut. Probably good though because otherwise I would've been late to the concert. Very very tired today after a long day and a busy week.

2 x (5 x 50m) hard with ~35s rest and 60s between.
Felt pretty good going all out, was fun.
Lost some time on one of them where I got caught in the middle trying to overtake someone but another person was coming in the other direction, not v fun.
Avg 48s.

50 kick, 50 pull, 50 half/half then free for the rest.
Big doms from yesterday and form was very sloppy by the end so shorter than origianlly planned.

Goggles always seem to fog up after 450m ??
Bit of rain, bit of sun.
Attempted tumble turns - very fun and definitely faster but need to google how to do them properly!

The classic 10 x 100m, 10 x 50m with 30s rest and 60 between both.
Fastest I've ever done this session!
At least for the 100s - all 1:47 or under (!!!) and arms were nicely tired for the 50s.
Body is getting the hang of this swimming thing.
Nice evening, though busy at the start. I like finishing as late as possible, calm and empty for the warm down so it doubles as a wind down.
Splits: 100s avg 1:46, 50s avg 50.
