Tired but got through.
Ate in the car on the way and then tummy felt yuck swimming.
Splits: 150s avg 2:49, 100s avg 1:50, 50s avg 51s.

Tired and forgot my earphones so was a bit of a struggle to motivate myself to push hard.

Super hot and humid and disgusting.
Bit grumpy and tired until I saw Krystal and then all was well :)
Somehow got exactly the same time as last time I came here!
Glute lots better but going to take another week in the pool for good measure.

Had planned to do more but hand was sore after mum kneed it when she was swimming the other way and then someone else hopped in the lane and I didn’t have the patience to keep dodging and overtaking them.

10 x 100m, 10 x 50m with 30s rest and 60s between the two.
In the rain! Very nice. And getting faster!! And had a lane all to myself the whole time!!!
Middle 100 and a couple of the 50s too fast but didn't slow down more after them so all g.
Splits: 100s avg 1:46; 50s avg 50.

Longer one bc I felt good, too late to go to the gym but too early to go to lecture and also just to get to 3k. :)
