3 x up and down Cootha with Adrian and Anna.
Ridiculously early but it was so humid and disgusting already that maybe it was worth it. Even got to see a little bit of the sunrise on the first time up.
Right side out of whack on the second time down which was not fun but sorted it enough with some stretching at the bottom and was fine on the last one.
Somehow miscalculated and thought it would only be 12k, not sure I would've agreed if I had known that it would be this long. But good brekky after makes up for everything :-)

Brain was in such a fog I missed one of my students' lessons because I got the time wrong, very not me.
Very glad I canned the run because it ended up being a very late night too, only got home at 11:30. V tired.

Easy along the river next to coro.
Feeling a bit down about how my lessons went this arvo and just v tired as well.
But then I ran into one of my teachers from high school so I walked with her for an hour and had a great chat. Made my day.
Then ran the k back to my car after we finished her walk.
