10 x up with walk/jog back down rec.
Hills was roughly 20m climb in 200m so really good for leg turnover, lactic and form. Humid but a bit of drizzle so actually really nice out. Times nice and consistent and managed to finish faster too so happy.
Really good sesh, happy dayz!

90s between the first 2 and 3mins between the next 2 including a loo stop and trying to cross the road.
Disgusting humid and had zero energy after not eating enough yesterday and only a banana beforehand.
Best part of this was the pool at the end :D
