Worked up from a 5 to 10% incline. Maxed at 3.5mph. Hard to go any faster considering my boot and shoe are uneven.

Biking (Inside ) 25:00 [3] 5.0 mi (5:00 / mi)

Middle 19 minutes - 20 seconds hard 40 seconds recovery. Heart rate up to 150 after speed sessions after a few warm up ones. Love it!!
Felt great! Just gotta remember to not clip my shoe out of my bike on my bad side, that could potentially be bad.
