Running (Treadmill) 30:34 [3] 4.0 mi (7:39 / mi)
shoes: Asics GT2000-6 Indigo blue

2 mile warm up, then 4x400 (94-92-90-88) w/ 400 easy between. Good! Just a couple super short runs left and race day....26.2 miles seems like a long ways, lol. Race day is looking like it will be a warmer start, so far predictions are 62 for that morning. I'd be ok if that temp dropped about 10-15 degrees.
