Marathon paced workout.
Hilly route, but tailwind and sidewind.
6:59-6:51-6:50-6:51-6:55-7:00-6:58-6:59. Tired! Ran the hills too hard I think. But, certainly a good workout!
Now that my immune system is shot for the day, I really hope I don’t catch Damian’s cold!
