Slow. Left IT feels a lot better after a session with Adam the week, but left calf and hamstring are tight. Just ran easy, good time of year for it.

XC Skiing - classic (Culver!!) 1:00:40 [3] 5.03 mi (12:04 / mi)

South Ridge School trails in Culver!!....5 minute drive from my house :) About 3 miles of narrow classic trails. Lots of turns and some hills. Almost skied into a tree once, but recovered! The one spot they didn't have a turn sign at is probably where it was needed the most, ha! A neighbor was outside when I was running this morning, stopped to chat for a minute and he told me he groomed the trail this morning, had to check it out. I have been anxious to try the trail! I received a newsletter this fall that they were going to be grooming a trail at the school.

Note

It was a fun running year!!
Lots of memorable training runs and races :)
PRs in the 8k, 10k and marathon.
2 ultras completed (50 mile and 100K!!!).
2314 miles of running in this year, first time ever going over 2000 miles in a year! Better than last year, but yet a little lower than I was hoping for. No major injuries, but a series of minor ones the 2nd half of the year that kept mileage lower.
Looking forward to another year!!
