Cold, 1 above. Face and legs cold, hands hot....too much mitten!

Nose Lake Ski Trail - Rhinelander/Tomahawk. Nice trail, for future reference the west trail is more fun. Nice afternoon, sunny and 25.

Treadmill this week. Damian is out of town most of the week and I just feel better running inside at that time of day when he isn't home vs. the dark, empty streets of Culver. I am such a girl sometimes ;)

Opted for dirt roads (paved road was clear, but would have put me on a narrow icy shoulder when cars came by). All the thawing and freezing this weekend made for lots of frozen ridges of dirt, snow and ice. Couple stumbles.

Too nice out for the treadmill, but legs were tired/stiff after yesterday's run. I was set to bail on the run if things didn't feel right and knew I'd stick to my plan better if on the treadmill.

Sunny and warm, 43 degrees when I finished! Roads very sloppy, combo of soft snow and slush. Knees on down were drenched. All that resistance kicked my ass today. Tired, but a good tired :)
