Nice to have the treadmill option on cold days like this!
Couldn't wait for it to warm up today, have to get ready for a wedding early so I can watch some of the big marathon before we leave!! :) I will have to wait in suspense all day then and finish the broadcast when we get home tonight :( Go Kara and Shalane!
Got light headed about mile 11, took a spoonful of honey then felt fine. I probably should have thought ahead and had something a little sooner.

I received a running desk calendar for Xmas. Today's saying: "If you wait for perfect conditions you'll never go run" - couldn't be more true today :)

Cold and windy, but was dressed warm enough :) Skis not waxed quite right, they were kind of slow...which was ok, if I had been waxed perfect I would have been flying down the hills!

Slow going, non plowed roads. Had to work for this pace today, it will just make clear dry roads that much nicer when the time comes :) Trail shoes were a great choice today.
