Warm up for polar plunge 5k. With Christopher and we ran into Kathi and hooked up with her.

Christopher talked me into this on Thursday, didn't take much talking....Lol. Glad I did it. Haven't run that fast since the Jingle Bell run early Dec. Felt pretty good!

Attempted tempo on snowy roads, not ideal :(
I knew it wouldn't be fast, but the effort was still there. Felt very hard, legs were heavy at the start. Anxious to run on clear, dry roads...it has been a while.
4 mile tempo 7:06-6:58-7:13-7:11. Warm up and cool down miles, putzy.
