Despite the fact that it was -4 (-20 wind chill), it was a nice run! It was getting a little brighter at the end of my run, very exciting! Pretty soon less headlamp time and not so many cloths!

Malcolm switched it up a bit, longer intervals with shorter recovery time. 14 - 1 minute intervals at 11.8mph with a 1 minute recovery of 8.2mph, after a few mile warm up.
Fun workout! Was getting tough at the end.
