Lots of wide side walks and paved trails AND completely snow free, made for great running! Windy, but a very nice day to run long!

Same as last week, but a little faster (had a bonus warm up last week because he forgot to tell me my program number changed, so mileage a little less this week).
After warm up, mainly 12mph, with the exception of the first 2 (a little slower) and the last one (12.5) for 60 seconds and then 8.5mph for 60 second recoverys.
Legs are still a little fatigued from Sunday's trail run, but went ok.

With Anna. From Martin SHT trailhead, took snowmobile trails to Lester and back. Trail was tough, not very packed down. Lots of hills. Very tired!
