Lakewalk with Christopher. Nice evening for a run (for Feb!). 7:53 pace out, then dark happened and we slowed quite a bit. Fine by me, legs felt tired tonight!
I really thought it would be lighter on the lakewalk, but it was quite dark from brighten beach to the rose garden and puddles were getting icy. Headlamps might have been wise!

Same workout as last week, but a little faster.
Warm up then 14x1 minute intervals with 1 minute rest in between. 8.7mph rest then mostly 12.0-12.5mph for the intervals.
