Snowy roads. Middle 6 at marathon (ish) pace.
7:06-7:09-6:59-7:04-6:58-6:57 - not lacking in hills, can feel that in the calves.

I was freezing today. Easy paced run today, possibly should have worn an extra layer.
Moon was bright at least :)

Short speed session. After a 10 minute warm up, 18 - 20 second pick ups with a 40 second rest in between. Pick ups went back and forth mainly between 12.5mph and 13mph....a couple in the 11's to start. Rest between each was at 8.5mph.
Heel / achilles felt good.
