Disappointed to find that the pool only went to 5' and that was a really small section. Did modified running for a bit, but was just too shallow. Not to mention I was going around in circles in a 4' section of the pool. I was hoping for a "long" run.
Guess I will have to try UMD or the Y on the weekends, nothing will be open tomorrow either :(.

Lap swimming with the buoy on the legs so I didn't need to kick, wasn't sure kicking would be a good idea.
