From Highland/Getchell, out and back in both directions. Water refill at Enger and then again at my car (ice cold water!!) Also, watermelon and a half of pb&j sandwich from car (tasted good!!).
TIRED! 44 miles within 30 hours.

4:35am. First headlamp run since winter. It was nice that the moon was bright, especially with the patchy fog.
Stuck to the gravel roads. Only 1 car! :)

Considering I only did two open water swims this summer, guess I can't complain. Slow, but it went pretty well. Did good at staying close to the buoys on the way out, BUT kept getting off course on the way back. I know I swam more than the .93 miles. Oh well.......it'd be easier with that black line to follow like in the pool, hahaha ;)

Bike PR for me! I really pushed earlier on and ended up bonking some at the end, but I wanted to push it and see what I could do. I think I could be a faster biker if I'd push out of my comfort level more often.

Post ankle break PR run! I was surprised by my pace because my legs felt toasted after the bike. Very happy!!
6/48 in the run portion!....but those other ladies really crank out that swim and bike!! My other stats in comparison aren't that great so we will just leave those alone, haha! ;)
