Warm morning for Oct!
1 shooting star, 6 deer and 2 wolves. I wonder if the wolves knew there were all those deer a 1/4 mile down the road, buffet time! The wolves were still there on my way back, a few minute tempo run happened then, lol.

Tired, but good. First back to back speed / long runs i've done in a long, long time....like over 7 months!
Figured skipping my recovery run was my smartest option, especially with Wild Duluth on Saturday.
