I figure if I note this I will be more likely to stick to it!! Shin felt good all day yesterday after my run and still good today - yay! I figure at this point I will not lose much in fitness by taking a few more days off (won't gain any either!) - so why not just continue to let this shin thing heal a little more before resuming back to training. I am NOT going to run today or tomorrow.
Earlier last week I made an appointment with Malcolm, who couldn't see me until this Thursday (which is why I went back to Adam Friday). I feel like I could cancel it, but I will keep it and go over my issue with him and get a little dry needling done. Besides, Zumbro 17 is Saturday and Malcolm is the master of KT tape, he can get me all taped up for extra support ;)
