Hip was a little sore after yesterday’s run, but shin was pretty good. Adam worked the hip pretty good in my appt yesterday as well as breaking up some remaining “grissle” in the shin muscle.

Hip good. Shin good while running, fingers crossed it still feel good after. If all feels good today then I will try 5-6 miles on Friday and see how that feels after....plus I see Adam again later that day.

Adam thinks it is a muscle thing in my shin and not a bone thing, but I still want to be careful. He did some grasston and deep tissue work on my inner shin. He said the tissue feels better in there than the last visit. I made a follow up for Friday. I just can't seem to dig deep enough into my tissue to release it like he can. I have a nice row of bruising all up the side of my lower leg, lol.
