Running (Madeline Island Half) 1:33:37 [3] 13.12 mi (7:08 / mi)
shoes: Asics GT2000 - two toned blue

Didn’t plan to “race”. Then there was a girl ahead of me and I passed her, then another and then it was game on. Hopefully didn’t go backward on the injuries, too soon to tell. Things are stiff, but I had expected that. In anticipation I already had scheduled an Adam visit for Monday.
Surpirsed there was some speed there, had fun.
7:37, 7:15 (the thought of not racing was now gone), 7:07, 7:03, 7:21, 7:06, 7:05, 7:07, 7:05, 7:17, 6:54, 7:03, 6:49. Totally thought I would fall off at the end.
8/310 overall, 3/255 women and 1/65 age group.

Legs tired from Sunday's run, but otherwise pretty good.
Chased down by a big ass rottweiler, that caused a few minutes of increased heartrate and shaky legs! :\

14 miles on Lightspeed, then took the straps off the last 2 Miles. Feeling pretty good!
