A little run in front of the camera....eek! Did an interview with WDIO at Malcolm’s office about using the Lightspeed when injured. Ugh, I think I was more sweaty during the interview than while running, lol.

Other than that, not running this week (work is crazy busy anyways) until Thursday evening or Friday morning. If all feel ok then Grandma’s it is.
