I was a little worried yesterday that I really did something when I rolled my ankle at Hartley. But, there is about a 75% improvement today....whew!
I have rolled my ankle (the broken ankle) 3 out of my 5 trail runs over the last month. 2 of them being this week. I am really surprised at how weak that ankle still is. I asked Malcolm's advice for the best strenghening exercise for it:
Balance on one leg (barefoot) with eyes closed for 60 seconds, once that becomes easy do it on a pillow and then on the couch. Minimum - once a day.
