What a BEAUTIFUL night to run longer than planned!! I planned for 6-7, but when I got to where I figured I’d turn back I decided to turn down 8 and head down the big hill and back up. But, now I’m close to 4 miles out and Hwy 31 isn’t that far ahead....I’ll just take that over the Lamb Road and head back that way. I’ve never done this loop before, but guesstimated around 8 ish miles. Lol, not quite. Actually would have been about 11.3, but got trained so ran a little extra waiting and then decided to round up to 12 at that point.
At 11.2 decided to pick up the pace until the end, last mile 7:26.

AM - Slept in. Lots of physical labor the last few weekends. I needed the sleep more than the exercise.
