Done by Malcolm. Doing a 12 week study with the lightspeed, starting in February.
Pace and incline increased every 3 minutes. Made it through 5 sets....barely! It got really tough that last 3 minutes.
1.7mph @ 10% incline - easy
2.5mph @ 12% incline - easy
3.4mph @ 14% incline - easy
4.2mph @ 16% incline - not bad...power walking, wasn’t quite fast enough to run yet.
5.0mph @ 18% incline - running now, got tough REALLY quick! Wanted to grab onto the treadmill bar SO bad, held out for the 3 minutes and stumbled off. Felt stupid about that....but then when the guy doing it next stumbled off too, felt better, lol!
Levels I didn’t get to: 5.5mph @ 20% then 6mph @ 22%.
