Note

Another Sundberg appointment today. I have had a pain in my mid/upper back / shoulder area that hasn't been easing. He seemed to be able to really get at it today and said I should feel a lot of relief by tomorrow. Fingers crossed, it's been hurting to do a lot of normal everyday movements.
Although, when I ran yesterday, it didn't seem to make it any worse, but kept the mileage short.

Ended up sleeping (or trying to sleep) through my workout window, woke up around 4am with a nasty migraine. Finally, after 2 rounds of migraine meds, it started to ease up around 8am.
