I don't ever remember a headache lasting this long!
Got some relief around 1:30am. It's still here, but way better than yesterday.
I got my neck adjusted Thursday (which is a regular maintenance thing in my life). He said he got really good movement, not sure if it has anything to do with that....maybe worth another visit sooner than later.
Hoping for a good night sleep tonight and a workout tomorrow night!!
