Went down for a morning stroll to advertise the Warwick Street-O series over the next few Sunday's. Left calf is quite tight and I could feel it late in yesterday's run. Might do a bit more foam rolling to see if I can massage it out.

3 x 430m hill reps at about 80% intensity. Gradient was pretty gentle and finished off with about a 1.2km warm-down.

Decided to go for a bit a lengthy run after doing so much speed work in the Sprints. Had a massive headwind during the first couple of k but then the downpour hit. Really nice run after some hot weather. Breathing was a bit erratic for most of it but hopefully running rhythm will come with time.

Wanted to do some speed work so went for a hard mona Fartlek session: 2 x 90 + 4 x 60 + 4 x 30 + 4 x 15s with equal recovery. Definitely a lot harder than I expected
