Strength (Core and Legs) 30:00 [2]

Did't get a chance to do this strength session after the shorter swim last night so did it this morning. Felt good to do early and have time for other things.

5 x alternate lunges (Front, back, side)

30 secs each of side to side/front to back leg swings

Back bridges x 30

2 x 1 min bridges on all sides

3 sets of 20 pushups.

Blister has gone down a lot. Almost pain-free.

A 30min tempo run with a 30 sec, 5km pace hold, every 5 mins. Felt really good.

Swam about 20 x 25m laps before mixing it up and doing some just leg kicking laps and a few other strength excersizes.

Did 3 running laps of the Rapid river as some strength training.

Felt good
