Decided to avoid study and whip out my bike that I haven't used for 5 years. Chains are rusted and I've grown a fair bit since I was 12 so wasn't the most comfortable ride, may need a service...

Really scrubby so was hard to keep a good pace/always run. Wasn't really navigating and sticking to a plan which is bad practice but wasn't too technical
