ran around to the causeway at Danna tried to do it a bit faster than what i have been doing recently knee was a bit stiff at the start from yesterday but then loosened off nice to run without getting wet so was happy
cycled along the straight to just past Barathormaid it was really windy so was quite tough in the open

Did a lot of core exercises and stretches with Sally Really good so that I don't injure myself more as my core is not very good ! Sore core muscles afterwards !
