ran around Loch Coillie Barr with the family but we all went at different times.
was really good

did 8x 1min up hill then 1min downhill hill reps up this very steep hill. it gets steeper gradually which makes it harder.
calfs a bit sore at the end.

did time trials! quite hard for all the 40s but then the 100m IM was really good

ran along the road to Barrathormid then up the hill and back along the top and then i went down the other side of the hill to the glen and then ran back along the glen and around the road.
It was good but really hot so sweating quite a lot

played netball in the village.
Couldn't go for a run as I was in Glasgow of the day at a Young Ambassadors mating in Hamden Park and only got back into tayvallich at half 6 so decided to go to netball
