did the classic race on Arthurs Seat but it started to snow so i fell over several times

Did the Women's Open but only the first half because i was meeting Freya but it was fun running around on the icy streets

did some front crawl drills, then front crawl sprints breathing every 5 and 7 and then did some breaststroke drills plus 200mentres breaststroke to wrap it all up. nearly died but was tired anyway which didn't make the breaststroke any easier
