Sol 2 at Dumyat, legs obviously really tired after yesterday but luckily they weren’t too sore when I was actually running.
They were so painful this morning
Navigation was quality as it was open fell so didn’t make any mistakes and my running was consistent so I did surprisingly well

Wee warm up with Louis before the hill race, did some running and some sprints

Birman hill race, had a really tough time running straight up to the top but managed to do it quite fast. The descent was good but very long and then had a tough 2km back along to the finish with small hills that were killer. Great time though and happy to come either 4/5th girl

Wee bit of orienteering on Birman hill but had really sore legs and tired brain so made lots of mistakes and gave up. Really nice on the hill though so feeling happy

ran along the road to barrahormid and then easy back along the hill.
thighs a bit sore but apart from that feeling good, legs still a wee bit tired so I took it easy. nice to be back running on the hills rather than through the city :)
