Orienteering sol2 at a Falkland estate which was great fun, first 4 controls were a bit of a drag in the heathery forest so took it steady and then around and over the hills to number 5 which was lovely. Then pretty much just running all out back down the hill on the paths for the rest.

Middle at Tentsmuir which was v easy navigation and fast running. Wasn’t feeling fast and felt like I was about to die for the whole thing but still did suprisingly well :)

Sprint at Falkland Palace which was pretty cool but again wasn’t feeling great for some reason but still had fun

Ran along the hill to barrahormid and then bam slog the road

ran along the hill to the hill above dolphin bay and opposite the standing stones, then back along the ridge and down to the sea at auchoshin, then up the ridge to the trigpoint and back across.
legs were feeling good but wasn't running particularly fast as it was all on the hill, it was beautiful though
