ORIENTEERING race 1:14:00 [5] 10.55 km (7:01 / km) +250m 6:16 / km

JK long distance.
First few controls were fine and my flow felt fast and was running and navigating well with good route choice. Then messed up number 7 really badly and took 15mins which was awful, probably lost about 13 mins which destroyed me and I was dying for the next few controls. Then took my gel just after 13 and ran really well for the last part of the course.
Overall coming away feeling positive as my running and nav was great for the majority of the course

JK middle distance, tried to take the first few slower but got very hesitant which meant I wasn’t running far enough for the first few and so probably wasted some time.
The rest was ok but I was so tired for the least few. Generally my direction was good but I was getting confused in the control circles and so was just being slow

Warm up for the JK sprint around the model event and some sprints/dynamic stretches

ORIENTEERING race 21:26 [5] 4.2 km (5:06 / km)

Sprint race for the JK
Basically can’t read a map and ended up running 600m+ further than the optimum route choice because I got lost at the first 5 controls, rage split the next few and then absolutely died for the last ones
It was good fun though

Legs feeling a bit tired but otherwise fine
