First class since June . Felt like a piece of wood , can only get better

Castle Dounie short curcuit in lovely sun. Now 100 mile round trip to take Jura to Physio to see if she is fit to run this weekend .

No concentration , rubbish route choices , never really got into the map after early mistakes . Struggled with getting lost in dark green forest on such a beautiful day .
