Obviously a bit tired from yesterday’s hill race . Enjoyed myself and didn’t let myself down at the end maintaining concentration in the woods . Woo hoo.

Birnam Hill race . First race as W50 , first for a long time . Loved it and felt v happy doing it . Died on the climb as haven’t done hill reps - oops . Recovered fine for the rest .
