Back still stiff , took painkillers and took it easy .
Thinking about back didn’t really help navigation , overshot at 2 and then walked in heather so demotivated and distracted by back .

Back still sore so running carefully - massively distracted by JS so more of a fun run around

Back so stiff - v careful . Lots of mistakes and completely distracted ,

After 5 hours drive yesterday back seized up again . Decided to do some Yoga rather than go to parents Psychology workshop and another hours drive to the 2.5 hours I will do today and 5 hour journey tomorrow . Would have liked to attend .
