Fun run up Bear Mountain. Great view at the top, great bonding with our Stockiville teams, and overall great practice. Definately a sustain for the trainer next year. Unfortunately, I twisted my ankle pretty badly. I am writing as of Sunday and it has healed up a good bit. But I am a little bit worried. I will have to wear a brace this week and at Stockville.
