Ran with watch. Not sure how accurate, but was running pretty fast. I stopped at 5k and recorded a 16:28. Doubt I ran that fast, but still I have grown stronger.

Fun run on the Torne. Have to start getting ready for the APFT though. Did 75 pushups in 2 minutes with little trouble. However, I am a little worried about next Tuesday. Run should go well. Will have to make sure I get in some situps at tomorrow's practice.

Injury is feeling a lot better. Got a nice hike in at Little Stony Point across from Break Neck Ride with the family. It was a nice time. Great hike. Nice place to take a lady friend ;).
